A. Team Restructure
1. Service Provider to perform an audit on the current team structure.
2. Develop a team mission statement with Leadership.
3. Rebuild team incentives, accountability, on-boarding and training.
B. Leadership Development with Service Provider
1. Work with team leaders on leadership skills.
2. Help leadership grow their own production.
3. Three (3) in-person visits to work directly with, and train the leadership team.
4. Assess and refine or rebuild recruiting and down-line growth.
5. Weekly 45 min strategy and leadership calls with leadership and Service Provider.
C. Team Training
1. 1-on-1 calls with each team member for accountability and personal production.
2. Team gets access to all online courses.
3. Team gets all 15 training e-books.
4. Weekly 1 hour team training.
Selling high production and running a successful team are two completely different skills. Sometimes all it takes is to have me come in for 90 days and show you how to set everything up.
