I am on a mission
I was a religious professor that got into door 2 door sales and ended in real estate. I sold 75 homes my first year. My dad was diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic cancer and passed away 9 months later. After spiraling into depression, the old teacher inside of me came back alive. It came like a train going 200 mph. My dad was also a coach. I realized this was a way to keep his legacy alive. So I sharpened my skills. Hired the coaches. Read the books and ultimately met realtors all over the world and started helping them.
I'd go on to coach realtors 1on1 and hear their struggles. I'd coach them and realize that the real estate industry was failing its' realtors. There was a massive lack of training and support available in the industry. After providing the training and support realtors started selling 15, 25, 40, 50, 75, and 100+ deals.
I'm on a mission to lower the failure rate in this industry with training, support and genuineness. We cannot have 845 of realtors failing in their first 2 years in the industry. Not on my watch. Time to change that.
